Brisingr: Ra'zac not so bad?
This might just be me, but it seems like in the first two books the Ra’zac were a lot more formidable opponents. I know Eragon went through some changes and is a lot more powerful now, so it makes sense that he could defeat them. I guess it just seemed like so much build up and then it was over so easily. Sort of a let down when you have been expecting it to be a huge crazy battle. It seems like Eragon almost feels the same way because once the battle is over he isn’t quite sure what to do with himself. He put his entire heart and soul into getting revenge on the Ra’zac so it is hard for him to know what to do now that it is over.
I’m sure there is a lot more adventure to come in this book so I’m not TOO disappointed that the Ra’zac story line is over, it just seemed strange that in the first 50 pages of the book they are already dead and Katrina is saved.
